Foremost among beliefs firmly held by Elevating Life Church is the acknowledgment that Jesus Christ is our Redeemer and our Lord, and that through beliefs in Him we are assured of eternal fellowship with a loving God. For us, the foundation of Christian belief-and the greatest event in all history-is the drama of the first Easter week: the death of Christ, in which He took upon Himself all the sins of the world, and the RESURRECTION, which offers glorious proof of His teachings and triumph over sin and death. 

We are committed as a local church and partnering with other like-minded churches (MISSION) to be the best expression of God's image in this generation. Generation after generation of believers has seen the local church as a tremendous source of immeasurable spiritual strength: preaching that inspires, teaching that enlightens, worship that draws us closer to God, others, and helps us to become the person/people God designed us to be. The church at its best is an exemplary community of faith, a home for individuals to express, and mature in, their relationship to God and one another.

"eLc" is at the forefront of serving The Great Commission in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Our church with the denomination of churches (American Baptist) exists to provide people with resources to do much more than they can do on their own, Why? Because we are "Better Together!"

The three primary needs we serve gladly with conviction are UNDERSTANDING, TOGETHERNESS, and INFLUENCE. 

In everything we do we strive to meet these three needs constantly and consistently to be an expression of God's image and a light to the world.
